Somalia hosts the IGAD summit regardless of Alshabaab/Al Qa'ida nightmare

Mogadishu, 10 Dec. 2015 (Qalin) - The Somali federal government is hosting IGAD's foreign ministers meeting in Mogadishu in today, 10th January, 015 for the first time following decades of civil war and instability in the war-torn state.
